Sets of apartment buildings for municipalities
Based on our experience as city architects, we decided to focus on the segment of prefabricated apartment buildings that could offer affordable housing for cities and municipalities in the Czech Republic. The current situation in the area of affordable housing is unsatisfactory, and we believe that standardized solutions can simplify construction without compromising the architectural quality of these buildings.
We designed three types of apartment buildings that can easily be adapted to different locations. The key principles of the design include high-quality interior layouts, ample natural light in the apartments, and efficient construction. With their timeless aesthetic, these buildings blend harmoniously into diverse environments, offering a modern solution to the needs of urban housing.
