The architectural design of the garden restaurant with an observation tower in Malešice Park responds to the need for broader civic amenities and integrates harmoniously into the park. The project combines modern architecture with nature, creating a functional space for high-quality dining and unique views, while also serving as a cultural and social center for various events, thus strengthening the community of the neighborhood.

The centerpiece of the design is the "Malešice Lighthouse," a ten-story observation tower that attracts visitors with its location. The building includes a restaurant, observation tower, and supporting facilities, with three distinct outdoor courtyards between them. The design minimizes environmental impact through blue-green infrastructure and energy-efficient elements. This ambitious project is envisioned as an icon of Malešice Park and a key location for social and cultural life.
